The Process

There is a process by which a project
transforms from an idea to the finished
product. Below is a step by step guide to
help our clients understand this process.

Step 1. Client gathers relevant information and resources
that could be used as content/influence/inspiration.

Step 2. Meet with the designer to define what is needed,
brainstorm ideas and look at examples.

Step 3. A proposal will be sent to the client within
5 business days depending on the scope of the project.
It includes a written and visual description as well as an
itemized estimate of costs.

Step 4: A second meeting with the designer is required
to finalize the project details. A simple contract
is signed
by both parties and the first payment to begin work is made.

Step 5: After the work has gone through tightening and
near to completion, a third meeting is required for any
last minute changes, additions or revisions. This is when
the second payment is made. Note: (There are two free
changes allowed at this point and any more will be charged
an hourly fee.)

Step 6: This is the final phase of the project. Upon
completion ie: website up and running, logo print ready,
dvd authored; the assets for the project will be copied
onto a cd or dvd, clearly labeled and delivered in exchange
for the final payment.
